These screen protectors work well except i have got two air bubbles one around the menu button and the other one accross from that. That is the only problem i have got the menu button hole could be a bit bigger but that isnt a main problem for me. Best to have this on your phone than nothing and your phone screen getting scratched up. Also you have 12 so you can change them as often as you want.

The issues I had with my N97 is that where the cover needs to have a gap (camera, light sensor, earpiece speaker, menu button) appication of the cover means that if you don't line up 100% correct you end up with a bubble to the edge which can let dust, lint etc in.
I wasted one getting to grips with putting them on and on #2 I still have a little air bubble by the menu button. It's no big deal I can just peel it back a bit and wipe away the dust but if you are pedantic it might annoy you. When I decide to go for cover #3 I might see if I can focus on getting this problem area sorted first and see what happens at the top of the phone.

The good thing about these covers are that they are easy to put on, do exactly what they say on the tin, and cost effectively for 12 they are good value for money. I'd recommend them 4/5 simply because it's a pack of 12, if this was a pack of 1, I'd probably give them a 1.

Does not fit, poorly cut

It is realy that simple – it does NOT fit n97 (particularly around the home button). How difficult is it to cut out a piece of plastic? money wasted!

This is a very good product when u read the instructions carefully. Although, i have called for cancellation of the product when i read comments made by previous buyers before the item arrived the next day, i decided to give tryer, after reading the instructions i fitted it perfectly without bubbles. This item has 3 layers and u need to cut-off all the necessary shape on the protector like menu and others before u attempt to fix the protector on ur phone. Well, i can`t say whether the seller have made adjustment to the products, but it really good on my phone.

I was quite surprised to read negative reviews on this product – I purchased a pack of 10 in Aug 09, and having fitted the 1st cover at that point, I have not yet been required to replace it (it’s now Oct!). It is an excellent product that when fitted with care, shows no bubbles, no signs of peeling and does not detract from the view.

Important to Protect the Screen!

The protector which came with the Nokia N97 was perfectly fitted and did its job; unfortunately I managed to scratch it with an engineering pencil whilst putting it into my pocket. The replacement product is identical to the factory original but need patience and precision to fit it correctly. My advice is, after removing the old protector, to thoroughly clean the phone display with a ‘glasses cleaning wipe’ prior to attaching the new protector. Failure to do this will ensure that the oil on the display (from your skin) will prevent the plastic from adhering to the screen properly. It’s also important to carefully position the protector at one end and smooth it on pushing towards the other end with your thumbs; this will ensure that no bubbles are trapped whilst fitting it. With a little care and attention you can fit this as well as it was fitted in the factory… good luck!

Identical & much cheaper than similar offerrings

I had previously bought a screen protector from another marketplace seller and per item this is much better value and the product is identical.

In terms of fitting they aren't the easiest things in the world to attach but luckily with a pack of 12 it's not the end of the world if it takes a couple of attempts. The fit of the product is very good and it doesn't affect the display in anyway and due to the resistive touch screen on the N97 it doesn't have any affect on the functionality.

These screen protectors for th N97 are easy to fit without the bubbles that often make screen protectors a nightmare to fit. They are a good fit. I have taken a star off because they seem to get dirty with finger greace to a much greater extent than the original factory fitted protector.

Received the item today, must admit it does protect your screen, but it is impossible to put the protector on without getting bubbles under the screen protector, i have already used 6, and have given up, its bigger than the front of the phone, this is why you are getting bubbles, because theres no where for the air to go.
